Our Services

Core Attitude training and coaching services are currently mobile and online only.

  • A focus on core strength conditioning, stability, and balance, informed by extensive professional ballet training and experience. This session involves exercises in the form of floorwork, bodyweight, and equipment to help facilitate the session.

  • Sessions designed to enhance body awareness through breath work and relaxation techniques. These sessions can be incorporated into core strength work, as they complement each other well. A grounded, mindful approach that helps internalise the mind-body awareness required to navigate everyday stress.
